3 things that made my week
1. I attended the "Do what you love" Simply Stylist LA event last Saturday! Although I only went to the afternoon brand experience and breakout panel sessions, it was still such an amazing experience. I definitely want to check out more of their workshops and networking events.
2. The next day, we woke up bright and early and set up our The Sweet Potatoe booth at Artists & Fleas in the DTLA Arts District. It's always a great vibe, with an eclectic crowd and so many talented vendors. The location is just perfect as the market is right in the Arts District; full of trendy coffee shops and amazing street art. I forgot to mention all the cool lofts in the area. Thank you to all my new customers and everyone that said hello! If you are looking for hip and modern clothing for babies and toddlers, check out my shop here: The Sweet Potatoe. It makes me so happy when people are excited to buy outfits for their nieces, nephews, their BFF's kids, grandkids and even their own kids!!
3. I decluttered my workspace areas! We just moved into our new apartment last October and my main goal was to declutter and keep our decor and furniture to a minimum. Out of all the apartments I've lived in, this is probably the most minimal I've lived in. It definitely feels "lighter" and easier to maintain. Overall, I feel more productive when my desk is organized and clean. I'll definitely be sharing some of my tips to declutter your desk area and to maintain it. P.S. I always like to have a little soy candle on my desk and light it in the early evenings to start winding down.
